What the application asks for
The application collects the following. Having it ready takes about five minutes:

Customers arrive with real questions, from first-time visitors who have never bought cannabis legally to regulars comparing cultivars, and staff are expected to be able to answer them.
What the job actually involves
Cottonmouth is a high-throughput retail floor, not a quiet boutique. The store runs a walk-in sales floor, an express pickup window, and a drive-thru, open 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM Daily including weekends and most holidays. There are 72 free parking spaces and 2 on-site ATMs. Every product is held in a climate-controlled, refrigerated, humidity-controlled vault, which means inventory handling here is more rigorous than a room-temperature shelf.
The glass studio is part of the floor, not a separate attraction. Master glassblowers work in view of customers during business hours, and staff field questions about it constantly.
Working for a social-equity licensee
Cottonmouth holds one of the first social equity licenses issued in New Jersey. The founders started with a Washington DC delivery operation before opening in Runnemede, and the pickup window exists because of what that delivery experience taught them about speed and friction. Profit is reinvested into Runnemede, the team, and the social-equity communities that built the industry.
